At Trendzie Care, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience from order placement to delivery. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with leading courier services to deliver orders safely and promptly across India.
Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch):

3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹49 (flat rate) on orders below ₹999.
- Free Shipping: On all orders ₹999 and above.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- You can track your shipment status online using the provided tracking number.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Couriers will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- If undelivered, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping will incur additional charges.
6. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate when placing your order.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Damages or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email: info@trendziecare.com with your order number, photos of the packaging, and items received.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may refuse delivery, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from any applicable refund.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India.
