1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been processed or dispatched.
- To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:

- Include your Order ID and registered contact details.
2. Orders Already Dispatched
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- If you no longer wish to receive the product, you may:
- Refuse delivery when the courier attempts to deliver your order.
- Once the item is returned to us, we will process your refund after deducting shipping and return charges, if applicable.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders
Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation, including:
- Products purchased during special promotions or flash sales.
- Items marked as Non-Returnable on the product page.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
4. Refund Timeline for Canceled Orders
- Approved cancellations before dispatch are refunded in full within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- For refused deliveries (returned after dispatch), refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the package reaches our warehouse.
5. Modification Requests
- If you wish to modify your shipping address or order details before dispatch, please contact us immediately.
- Once dispatched, no modifications are possible.
