Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been shipped or dispatched from our warehouse.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
How to Cancel an Order
To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your:
- Order Number
- Registered Name
- Contact Details
Cancellation requests can be submitted through our website contact page or customer support email.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no charges will apply if cancelled before shipment.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:
- Order has already been shipped
- Product is out for delivery
- Customized or special-order products
- Digital or promotional products (if applicable)
Trendziecare Rights
Trendziecare reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
In such cases, customers will be informed and eligible refunds will be processed promptly.
