- only complaints within 24 hrs of delivery shall be taken into consideration along with a video of unpacking and/or image to support the complaint. (No complaints shall be entertained after 24 hrs of delivery)
- Swift Shipping category products are promptly shipped within 48hrs of placing the order.
- All orders are shipped within 1-14 days of you placing the order. In case of a heavy amount of orders, your shipment may be delayed, proper information of which shall be provided to you with an SMS, WhatsApp, telephone, or email.
- The Shipping details of all products are stated in the description of each product, depending upon which the products can also be split into 2 packages and reach you.

- Unless exceptional circumstances we try our best to fulfil your order within 21 Working days. (Working days do not count Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)
- All orders are subject to availability. In case you place an order and the item is not available in stock, you will be notified via an SMS or Call.
- A 100INR is applicable on the entire order as Shipping Fees for regular items.
