Cancellation & Refund

  • In case of damaged or wrong product, the customer has the choice of calling us for a refund or exchange.
  • To schedule a replacement or exchange, it has to be initiated within 48hrs of the delivered package, with a Video of unpacking and/or image of products mailed at trendzie.care@gmail.com
  • All the product labels and tags should be in original and not tampered condition.
  • Bulk orders or corporate orders are not applicable for return.
  • In case anything from a combo box has to be returned, the entire pack will have to be returned.
  • If an order has been placed during a sale, the amount paid will be processed for a refund and not the actual product price.
  • One way shipping fees will not be refundable, in case of return or refund of the product.
  • Products subject to personal hygiene, are not applicable for return. Clear notice of which is given in the product description.
  • Do not accept the parcel if it’s tampered with or in bad condition.
  • The customer will have the choice of accepting payment through any preferable payment gateway
  • In case of a refund, ‘Trendzie Care’ will initiate it as soon as the parcel is received in untampered condition.
  • One way shipping fees will not be refundable, in case of return or refund of the product.
  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Replacements shall be initiated at no additional costs within 7-10 working days.

Note1:

If you are not satisfied with the product appearance or quality you can initiate the product for return or refund. However in this case the customer will have to self-ship the order and all the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Beware of Fraudulent Phone Calls

We do not call you to participate in lucky draw contests. Do not share your OTP or Bank details with anyone offering gift vouchers or lucky draw prizes. 

Disclaimer:

  • The product pictures are a graphical representation of the product and thus the actual product delivered may slightly differ in terms of shade or color from the image.
  • We do not stand responsible if the product is damaged in the due course of its usage. In case of any query, the customer can inquire beforehand. Damage to the product after its use is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Please take note, shipping charges shall not be refunded.

How to Cancel an Order?

  • Unfortunately, if you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24hours of placing the order,  by writing us an email trendzie.care@gmail.com 
  • with your order number mentioned and subject line.
  • Please note that if an order is canceled after it has been shipped, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • All the refunded orders are completed within 7-10 working days.

All major debit and credit cards, as well as other modes of payment, are accepted at Trendzie Care.
